Our products are made unique for you. The material may differ slightly in color depending on vendor availability.
Each of your products are custom made to order- this means that is completely unique to you!
But that means we cannot process returns on monogramed or custom products or exchanges. So, be sure to double check size in each listing. That way, it will be the perfect for your princess.
14 Day Return Policy
Purchase with confidence! We offer a 14 Day Return Policy! No questions asked!! Simply mail back the item and you will receive a shop credit in the amount of the original purchase price, including any discounts. Garment must be unworn with tags still attached.
Kid Proof Guarantee
"Look mom, no hands!" We get it, kids will be kids. Our clothing is designed to be worn and to last! Enter our Kid Proof Guarantee! We offer returns up to 1 year after PURCHASE date on any rips or tears made by your littles. Simply pay the return shipping and you will receive a shop credit in the amount of the merchandise purchased. This guarantee is non-transferable and valid for original purchaser only. BST purchases are not eligible for this warranty. We reserve the right to decline a covered purchase based on circumstances beyond our control. The issued shop credit will expire 6 months after the date of issue. This policy took effect starting on 05/01/23.
Handmade Warranty
Our handmade designs are quality and we offer a warranty to prove it! Things happen, but need not worry; we have you covered for LIFE! Seams and stitches are guaranteed. Your investment in handmade is protected. We will send you a shipping label to send your item in for repair! This warranty is truly for LIFE - whether you are the first, second, or even twentieth owner. To start the process, please contact us with clear pictures of the garment and the visible seam(s). This policy took effect starting on 05/01/23.

Rush Processing
We do offer rush processing, how you must notify us immediately otherwise normal processing times applies. Rush processing simply means that your product will start being made ahead other non-rush orders. Once order is handcrafted, it is then shipped.
Shipping
We offer first class and priority shipping. After the product is processed shipping takes place, domestic priority shipments in general take 2-3 business days. Once shipped, The Gold Magnolia is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Priority comes with $50 insurance If you would like to add insurance, please notify us before placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped.
